Gloria is a professor of management and technology involved in teaching, consultancy and training in the Middle-East and Europe. Her experience extends to education management. She acted as program coordinator in several international projects and the last position that she held is Dean of the Faculty of Business administration at the Lebanese Canadian University.
Before joining academia, Gloria has gained considerable experience of more than 10 years in IT strategic planning and project management, running several implementations across the MENA region. Part of her experience was at ABN AMRO bank in the management of information systems and IT security policy making.
She has earned her Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) and her Master’s degree in Business Computing from Saint Joseph University (Lebanon). She also gained numerous certificates including: Blue Ocean Strategy Simulations Trainer from StratX (France), Innovation management specialist from GEM (France) and Certified Internet Webmaster from Prosoft (USA).
Her research interests are mainly in the entrepreneurship field. She has published in international refereed journals and participated in several conferences dealing with gender variations in entrepreneurial motivations, entrepreneurship education, social networking, and business model innovation.
