ANNE ISABELLE SAM
Dr. Anne Isabelle Sam grew up in a small town in France and was captivated by the beauty of Chinese characters from a very young age. She went to study Chinese in Beijing in 1990 and never left Asia since.
She has worked for fast-moving, high growth and complex organizations, and brings extensive HR experience in hospitality (Accor hotels), manufacturing (Sealed Air, SIG Combibloc, Texon) as well as agriculture (East-West Seed), for both Fortune 500, listed, and family-owned company.
Her areas of expertise cover post M&A integration, strategy design and implementation, capabilities development, engagement, leadership and culture transformation. She engaged at all levels including with CEO/C-Suite, the Board of Management and Supervisory Board.
Anne Isabelle graduated with a dual EMBA from INSEAD-Tsinghua in 2009 and completed her EDBA (Executive Doctorate in Business Administration) at Ecole des Ponts, France, in 2021. Her dissertation topic was: "The ability to adapt and evolve: how leaders transform under uncertainty".
Naturally curious, she learned coaching, intra-personal dynamics (Enneagram and Process Communication), leadership embodiment, has some foundations in Neuroleadership (neurosciences) and is also a Certified Chair Executive from the Advisory Board Center.
A mother of two, she enjoys wandering around big cities, exploring various holistic health modalities, and has 693 comic books.
She speaks fluent French, English, and very good Mandarin.
