Jean is a professor of practice at Hult-Astridge Business school and he designs and delivers international programmes on Leadership and Leading Globally.  His teaching expertise extends to designing programmes for clients such as Rockwell Automation, Electrolux, ICL, Credit Agricole Indosuez ,Perstorp, VNU , Klockner , Royal Sun Alliance Kappa, Nomura, Coca Cola Entreprises, Rexam, ACNielsen, Volvo, Philips,Tetra Pak, OMV, a.o.

He also teaches at London Business School, Vlerick Business School, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.  His teaching expertise covers globalisation, global leadership and managing cross cultural differences on individual, team and organisational levels.  Jean consults and teaches internationally to firms in Europe, North and Latin America, Singapore, South Africa, Australia and the Middle and Far East.  Jean speaks regular at in-company conferences around these topics.  He is interested in continuously finding better ways to link the strategic aspects to the ‘softer areas’ in business.

Jean’s professional experience in Honeywell’s European HQ in the Human Resources Department was in the development and design of management development programmes, and training in team-building and performance management courses.  He worked for a Swedish consultancy group working on recruitment, assessment and coaching for clients in various business sectors and in many countries. His early career was spent as research assistant with the Centre for Organisational and Personnel Psychology in Belgium. He experienced was focused on outdoor training, group dynamics and team-building, and organisational culture. 

Jean has a Masters degree in Organisational and Personnel Psychology and has followed courses at Thunderbird, Harvard University and at Tuck school of business.
